Good to know about the BBB:
When complaints have been filed, we can only keep our
(A+) rating if the BBB finds:
- We appropriately responded to the complaint.
- Did we resolve the complaints in a timely manner to the customer's satisfaction.
- In the BBB’s opinion we made a good faith effort to resolve complaint.
Other factors that the BBB uses to rate us A+:
- Do we provide complete information about products and services offered, and/or ownership.
- A business's BBB rating is based in part on the length of time the business has been operating and we have been in business over 15 years.
- A business's BBB rating is lowered if a business does not honor its commitments to BBB.
- BBB routinely checks required competency licensing and government actions before a business is accredited by the BBB.
- Our BBB rating is lowered if we violate the BBB Code of Advertising.
