I purchased 3 months for 800.00. I called to speak with the agent (Matt)telling them I have received nothing in a month, and was told it needs time to gain traction. Well now its been over a month and a half, and no traction. I called again to ask if we can get any kind of a refund and was told no. So in essence I threw my money in the wind.

I Wish I would have read the small print or had someone who would have said DON’T DO IT! I also emailed them to let them know I would be writing this review, and no response. SO DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Nothing! I mean the most absolutely worthless service, by any measurable means you can think of. Not a single lead or post to show for all the money I spent. You should be ashamed. I should have looked at the reviews earlier. BBB shows an F! I am absolutely sure that “Tom” below is a made up name and endorsement. Run from anyone that says they work for Easy Geo Fencing!!

I wish I could place 0 Stars!!! So…here is my story…I was contacted multiple times by their sales rep, Curtis to use their marketing service. For months I kept putting him off yet Curtis was consistent. So last week, I decided to invest in this system and agreed to the month-to-month $199 plan. Everything was good until I saw my account was billed for the whole $597!!! OMG!!! I was distraught!!! This is NOT what Curtis and I had discussed. So, I immediately called and he confirmed what we discussed and blamed the error on the Finance area. I requested to speak to a supervisor. When I talked to the Supervisor she had no resolution only a rebate of $50. $50? What? No way. I requested a manager’s information. Never did I receive any such information. So here it is Monday morning. I expected someone to call me and discuss this situation. Yet…nothing. So I called and called and talked to multiple people. Finally they gave me to Jerry, the Supervisor. He only offered to credit me the other 2 months after I told him I no longer want to do the campaign. He was soooo nasty and rude. I called back and requested the President’s information but no one could tell me his/her information. The information provided was to a general email address. Then upon calling back, I was immediately connected with Jerry…again and again. They had pegged my account to only deal with him!!! UUUGGGHH!!! Since there was no way to get to anyone else I decided to have my account credited for the 2 months and terminate my account. There is no way I can deal with these people or this company. This is not how I do business!!! My team was excited to learn about my experience! Well….Boy do I have a message for them! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY LIE!!!
